Where do my to-dos and journal entries live?
Tood is local‑first: everything you create — sticky notes, checklist items, journal entries — is stored in local app storage on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded to a server we run.
Does Tood sync between multiple Macs?
Not currently. Since your data lives on-device, notes and journal entries created on one Mac won't appear on another. Everything stays exactly where you left it on that machine.
What does connecting Google Calendar do?
Tood requests read-only access to show your upcoming events alongside your to‑dos. The connection token is stored securely in your Mac's Keychain, never on our servers, and you can disconnect any time from Tood's settings.
How do color pack purchases work?
Optional packs like Candy are one-time purchases processed by Polar. Tood never sees or stores your card details — Polar handles checkout and issues a license key that unlocks the pack.
How do I delete my data?
Delete it anytime from Tood's Settings, or remove the app entirely — both clear your local data. Disconnecting Google Calendar immediately removes the stored token from Keychain.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@toodapp.com with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot if you can attach one.
